New Member From U.S.
Hello Fellow Benelli Enthusiasts,
My name is Lorin, and reside in the southeastern United States. I'm a rider of over 30 years, and the proud owner of an 07 Cafe Racer, and an 05 MZ 1000S. Other bikes I've owned recently were a 99 Laverda Strike, a 95 Speed Triple, and a 79 Bonneville, among others. I do all my own servicing, and spend my time finding ways to improve my bikes, performance and costmetically. I also share some of my ideas with others, having come up with solutions to problems others have had with their motorcycles. A real do-it-yourselfer! I had no idea this BFF was in existance, until JH42 contacted me on the Benelliforum regarding some battery cables I'm making for the Tornados and TNT's. This looks to be a nice forum! With the Google translation toolbar, I can actually understand things pretty good, Hope I can add in some small way to the forum

Election Day in France...It's been an unimpressive campaign, in which the major issues have been avoided rather than confronted. Worse, the mettle of the candidates has not really been tested.
But back to what interests us at the highest point with you
I'll do the odd service. Do not take it wrong ... the French like to put labels on their knowledge :
Married with child ?
what kind of job do you work?

The dealer network is about gone here, many have gone out of business. The distibutor is impossible to get ahold of also. Many use ManiacMotors parts. I do the servicing on my Cafe Racer, so no worries.

Re: New Member From U.S.
Hi Lorin, and WELCOME here.
This is a really strange "feeling", to know that a member across the Atlantic joined us.
Hey, you say that you share your ideas...!? Where are the pictures we are all waiting for...?
Another last question : do you often meet other Benelli riders in US or is it the same as us here ? A real desert that introduce many questions towards other riders ?
Thanks mate and again WELCOME !
One question for the other members : how is he gonna locate himself on our new map ?

Re: New Member From U.S.

Re: New Member From U.S.
LWS, don't worry,
I think you don't understand what Primaube wanted to say in his answer.....
The term "rosbeef" is a french pun to call the English language....
.... and it's also the name of a meat that he sells since he is a butcher.....
There is no agressiveness in his answer.....

And when Lo34 says " je ne suis pas le seul ? ",
you must understand " I'm not alone ? " that means he's not alone on the forum not to understand english language.....
That is subtleties of French language......
